Mild Chicken Tikka Masala (Mehezabin and Shraddha)

Ingredients

  • 500gLean chicken breast, diced
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil (30g)
  • MasterFoods® Master Mix™ Mild Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe Base
  • 140gNo added salt tomato paste
  • 1 x 400g No added salt diced tomatoes
  • 300mLThickened light cream (310g)
  • 1½ Cups Uncooked rice (300g)

Method

To cook simply...
  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and cook the diced chicken until browned. Sprinkle the Recipe Base over the chicken, and continue cooking for another 2 mins, stirring until the chicken is coated
  • Next add the tomato paste and diced tomatoes, making sure it’s well combined.
  • Once combined, add the cream and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens
  • Serve with rice.
Notes: Preparation Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins
